Coordinate category management for Sephora’s Iberia offer department, partnering with brands and business teams to deliver an excellent in-store experience. Define and execute category commercial strategy, analyze market and consumer trends, and build annual plans. Manage product portfolio lifecycle, lead brand and supplier negotiations, oversee assortment and launches, and track KPIs including sales, margin, stock, turnover, and profitability. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail, CRM, and Supply Chain to drive omnichannel execution.
