Assistant Store Manager, HOKA - Pandorf

Partner closely with the Store Manager to ensure store alignment with company goals and the local community. Assist with day-to-day operations including training, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, and customer service. Help develop and motivate team members, maintain training standards, support budgeted revenue goals, and act as Store Manager when needed, including opening/closing and security responsibilities.
