•Platform Architecture Ownership: Jointly define and maintain the architectures for Landmark’s platform and applications, including architecture diagrams, documentation and architectural decision records.
•Cross-Team Partnership: Work with the architects in domain application teams to explain the proper use of the platform and review application architectures to verify usage.
•Architecture Community: Participate in Landmark’s architecture community and share best practices to ensure adoption across teams.
•Requirement to influence peers: Demonstrate the ability to influence technical peers across teams through the quality of architectural reasoning rather than organizational authority.
•Documentation and contract focus: Produce precise architectural specifications, decision records, and interface contracts that are clear to both implementation teams and non-writers.

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
•10+ years of professional software engineering experience developing web and cloud applications.
•Demonstrated track record of defining architectures and implementing performant, resilient and scalable solutions.
•Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce architectural specifications, decision records, and interface contracts.
•Hands on full stack experience implementing solutions on AWS and/or Azure; relational and unstructured database development and data modeling; experience building front ends with React or Angular.
