Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders (CIO/CDO/CTO/VP Engineering and business leaders).
•Lead consulting engagements from discovery through implementation and value realization.
•Conduct business assessments, identify AI opportunities, and develop enterprise AI and data roadmaps.
•Design enterprise AI solutions (predictive analytics, ML/deep learning, GenAI/agentic AI) and guide model governance and responsible AI practices.
•Architect and lead delivery of modern data platforms and pipelines across cloud platforms, including ELT/ETL and engineering best practices.

Key Requirements

•10–15 years of experience in analytics, AI, data engineering, and technology consulting, including leading enterprise-scale transformations.
•Demonstrated ability to lead client consulting engagements from discovery through implementation and value realization.
•Experience designing enterprise AI solutions (predictive analytics, machine learning, deep learning, GenAI, agentic AI) and building production-grade ML pipelines with MLOps.
•Strong background in modern data platforms and ELT/ETL (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric, Redshift; Spark/PySpark, SQL, dbt, Airflow, Kafka).
•Ability to engage CXOs and drive executive workshops, executive communication, and strategic advisory around AI and data roadmaps.
