Key Responsibilities

  • •Enhance clarity, direction, and scope within embedded teams, aligning priorities and orchestrating delivery on time with the right quality.
  • •Review PRDs and technical designs to identify dependencies and risks early, coordinating work across involved teams.
  • •Own and drive complex cross-functional programs end-to-end across Engineering, Product, and leadership.
  • •Influence without authority to challenge the status quo and help teams optimize how they work.
  • •Build the TPM function by facilitating retrospectives, shaping rituals, and contributing to TPM/engineering hiring and branding initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or an adjacent role coordinating technical delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience in engineering management, technical product management, or production-related roles (engineering background highly valued).
  • •Ability to read code and challenge technical designs, even though you do not need to code yourself.
  • •Comfort shaping how the function operates in environments where the playbook is still being written.
  • •Experience aligning and coordinating complex cross-team delivery end-to-end across engineering and product.
