Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure vehicles are ready for auction and in working order (e.g., boosting, adding gas, attending to lockouts, preparing for towing, filling tires).
  • •Accurately record services provided (fuel, tow, etc.) to support correct customer billing.
  • •Prepare vehicles for movement through the remarketing system, including staging for reconditioning shops/transportation and marking/flagging as instructed.
  • •Manually enter vehicle information into inventory management systems using a computer and mobile device; assign stock numbers and register vehicles on OPENLANE platforms.
  • •Provide customer service by assisting dealers/customers or internal teams with vehicle retrieval and administrative requests, including photographing vehicles after reconditioning.
