Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for assigned real estate projects across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Prepare project elements with clients, including scope, delivery resources, cost estimates and budget, schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Conduct RFPs: run bid evaluations, recommend qualified resources, and implement project documentation governance aligned to company/client requirements.
  • •Direct the project delivery team with guidance to achieve objectives; create action plans and report progress, status, and variances.
  • •Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation/contingency plans; explain difficult or sensitive information as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience (degree-equivalent via experience and education considered).
  • •Ability to exercise judgment using analysis of multiple information sources.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational skills.
  • •Sophisticated math skills for mildly complex financial calculations (percentages, fractions, etc.).
  • •LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation preferred.
