Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and govern the enterprise SaaS ecosystem, establishing standards for platform selection, integration patterns, and data flows across business-critical applications.
  • •Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows using modern integration platforms to eliminate manual processes and accelerate business velocity.
  • •Lead complex enterprise integrations across identity, workplace platforms, security tooling, and core business systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM).
  • •Define and enforce security architecture standards across SaaS apps, APIs, data governance, and access control aligned to zero-trust principles.
  • •Mentor IT team on integration best practices, API design, automation development, and modern cloud-native architecture patterns.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise SaaS architectures in high-growth technology environments.
  • •Deep expertise in modern integration platforms and methodologies (iPaaS, API gateways, event-driven architectures, webhook frameworks).
  • •Proven experience architecting AI/ML integrations and building automation using LLMs, intelligent document processing, or predictive analytics.
