Key Responsibilities

•Architect and govern the enterprise SaaS ecosystem, establishing standards for platform selection, integration patterns, and data flows across business-critical applications.
•Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows using modern integration platforms to eliminate manual processes and accelerate business velocity.
•Lead complex enterprise integrations across identity, workplace platforms, security tooling, and core business systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM).
•Define and enforce security architecture standards across SaaS apps, APIs, data governance, and access control aligned to zero-trust principles.
•Mentor IT team on integration best practices, API design, automation development, and modern cloud-native architecture patterns.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise SaaS architectures in high-growth technology environments.
•Deep expertise in modern integration platforms and methodologies (iPaaS, API gateways, event-driven architectures, webhook frameworks).
•Proven experience architecting AI/ML integrations and building automation using LLMs, intelligent document processing, or predictive analytics.
•Expert-level knowledge of identity and access management (Okta, Entra ID), including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and zero-trust architectures.
•Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code and automation scripting (Python, JavaScript, Terraform, or CloudFormation).
