Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as principal technical investigator on complex business cases using microeconomic modeling, econometric estimations, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • •Build business and investment models, including discounted cash flow models, to estimate metrics such as NPV, IRR, and CAGR for policies, projects, and programs.
  • •Use analytical and data visualization tools to derive insights from client and third-party datasets and support client recommendations.
  • •Conduct stakeholder interviews, including with C-suite and senior management stakeholders.
  • •Oversee and quality-control analytical tasks for junior team members and create executive-ready decks and deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Finance, or a quantitatively related field plus 4 years of experience as a professional economist and/or quantitatively inclined management consultant (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 2 years of management consulting (or equivalent experience).
  • •Experience in microeconomic modeling and econometrics with strong numerical reasoning and quantitative business acumen.
  • •Experience with funding and financing strategies, including value capture, and with economic and fiscal impact analysis.
  • •Experience evaluating financial cash flows and financial modeling for infrastructure investment feasibility.
