Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the key liaison between the developer and the brand, coordinating residential customization under the design team’s supervision.
  • •Set up and lead the project execution plan, including success factors and KPIs for end-user outcomes.
  • •Ensure controls and reporting are implemented across quality, health and safety, compliance, change, risk, and environmental issues.
  • •Prepare project schedules in Microsoft Project and/or P6, establish baselines, and track progress against dependencies and the critical path.
  • •Lead the project team, manage design documentation, procurement (RFP/tenders and appointments), permitting/approvals, finances/cost reporting, and regular stakeholder communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Construction related degree (e.g., Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering, etc) or equivalent.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience in construction and project management related roles.
  • •Experience delivering luxury residential projects in Spain from feasibility through handover.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft suite tools including Project, Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
