Job Summary

Administer and execute technology-related testing within the Independent Risk Review Assessment (IRRA), a centralized second-line function. Collaborate with technology, risk, compliance, and audit teams to evaluate processes and controls across areas such as software development lifecycle, cloud security, access control, data protection, endpoint security, encryption key management, and incident response. Identify control weaknesses, document risk/control matrices, and recommend mitigations while communicating results to management.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute tests within IRRA projects to confirm compliance with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations.
•Conduct end-to-end control reviews across software development lifecycle, cloud security, authentication/access control, data loss prevention, endpoint security, encryption key/certificate management, network security, logging/monitoring, security incident response, and vulnerability/configuration management.
•Identify weaknesses in controls and processes using planning, walkthroughs, design assessments, sample selection, and evidence review.
•Prepare risk and control matrices and other high-quality documentation per internal methodologies and regulatory requirements.
•Collaborate with business lines and risk management teams to recommend mitigations and communicate testing results through reports and escalations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
•Typically more than five years of applicable experience.
•Basic or intermediate knowledge of technology and systems, data governance, and cyber/information security risks and industry trends.
•Basic or intermediate Risk, Compliance, and Audit competencies.
•Solid understanding of business-line operations, products, services, systems, and associated risks.
