Key Responsibilities

  • •Check daily production orders to ensure customer order fulfillment and ensure positions are filled before line start-up.
  • •Oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation to facilitate ergonomics.
  • •Ensure machinery performs to the highest standard and that all workstations pass USDA inspection.
  • •Ensure accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and proper product coding; keep records of reworked or returned product.
  • •Promote safety through daily actions and monthly safety meetings; oversee processing operations and collaborate with other supervisors to solve problems.
