Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

Lead cost management and quantity surveying for a large, multi-phase hyperscale data center program, serving as the key day-to-day client interface. Own cost planning through design milestones, reconcile estimates with GC/CM and design teams, and drive commercial governance including procurement support, negotiations, and end-to-end change orders. Produce monthly cost reports, forecasts, cash flows, and variance analysis while supporting value engineering and risk/contingency management.
