Key Responsibilities

•Follow up on confirmed orders and credit approvals
•Coordinate with the sales team for pending orders and follow up as necessary
•Liaise with the retail team on stock allocation for all orders
•Coordinate with the warehouse on the delivery schedule and secure a proper storage upon receipt of orders
•Provide the B2B Sales Manager with an analysis of the pipeline for any action if necessary

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field
•0 to 2 years of relevant experience
•Ability to follow up on confirmed orders and credit approvals
•Experience coordinating with sales and warehouse teams on order fulfillment and stock allocation
•Strong analytical mindset for pipeline analysis and reporting
