•Scale the Men’s Active & Lounge business by adding to, refining, and improving the assortment.
•Identify and execute expansion opportunities to support long-term growth.
•Partner with production development, sourcing, and technical design to develop and improve products.
•Collaborate with planning, site merchandising, and marketing to grow the business.
•Drive the business to meet sales targets, improve customer ratings/return rates, and raise margins.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000

Key Requirements

•5–10 years of retail merchandising experience in Men’s apparel, preferably with luxury expertise.
•Experience with e-commerce and/or DTC merchandising.
•Product-focused experience leveraging data tools and external sources to improve assortments.
•Strong ability to anticipate customer needs and apply both the “science” and “art” of merchandising.
•Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with excellent written/verbal communication and strong organization/detail orientation.
