  • •Operate and maintain ASML DUV scanner equipment to improve equipment utilization and performance.
  • •Conduct troubleshooting and quickly resolve equipment issues to ensure efficient operations.
  • •Perform equipment and software upgrades and complete startup tasks for new equipment.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to establish/improve process conditions and technology, upgrade process capability, and support yield improvement and cost reduction using FMEA/8D/SPC.
