Job Summary

Lead Material Program Management for Raytheon’s Specter Portfolio as a full-time onsite senior manager in Tucson, managing a team of 8–10 and driving supplier performance to meet development and production objectives. Own earned value management activities, material forecasting, and cost/schedule adherence, while interfacing across Supply Chain, Program Office, and IPT. Develop and monitor supply chain/program metrics, manage risk/opportunity, and align production with MRP.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the interface between Supply Chain and the Program Office, Integrated Product Team (IPT), and other cross-functional teams for development and production contracts.
•Lead earned value management (EVM) activities, including quarterly EAC participation and material sales forecasting.
•Ensure supplier material management and material forecasting to meet cost and schedule requirements.
•Develop and monitor program and supply chain metrics, including driving execution of supply chain strategies and risk/opportunity management.
•Manage production alignment with MRP and oversee GSC proposal performance reporting, timely material deliveries, and financial health (EAC, AOP, R&O).

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7 years experience.
•Experience in supplier management, project management, and/or program management.
•Experience using manufacturing or enterprise planning tools such as Kinaxis, SAP, or PRISM (MRP systems).
•Management or supervisory experience.
•Ability to work on programs requiring special program access.
