Job Summary

Service and manage a portfolio for community development lending and investing post-closing, including non-owner occupied/interim loan servicing, portfolio administration, and client service. Lead pre-closing/pre-boarding document reviews and due diligence, maintain servicing files, initiate monitoring and financial/collateral transactions, and ensure strong data integrity in the system of record. Partner with RM and CLO teams to resolve issues, manage risk, and support rate/commitment/collateral changes.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide post-closing services for an assigned portfolio, supporting client service functions for credit and non-credit products.
•Manage pre-closing/pre-boarding review of loan documents and due diligence, including attending meetings and supporting funding requirement evaluation.
•Establish and maintain servicing files and draw/servicing documentation, including collateral release monitoring and letter of credit issuance.
•Initiate and analyze monitoring requirements and handle loan system processing tasks (payments, escrows, holdbacks, lease-up/flood zone monitoring, payoff instructions).
•Maintain DDA restricted collateral accounts and system-of-record data integrity, and communicate issues to managers/RMs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 48,000 - 72,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4-year college degree or equivalent real estate business experience.
•Strong solution-oriented problem-solving skills and strong analytical aptitude (systems and mathematics).
•Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•PC proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
