Job Summary

Oversee QC and logistics for high-value diamonds and jewellery in Hong Kong. Manage inbound/outbound shipments, perform quality control against specifications, verify stock integrity, liaise with carriers and suppliers, and support daily office operations to minimise delays and uphold Nivoda’s quality standards in a fast-growing jewellery marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle all QC and logistics tasks for incoming/outgoing shipments of diamonds and jewellery.
•Perform jewellery QC, check manufacturing defects, confirm product specifications (weight, size, finish), and ensure stones are securely set.
•Identify discrepancies between received products and purchase order specifications and liaise with suppliers on shipments and invoices.
•Inspect jewellery for damage and finishing before dispatch, and create shipments in the Nivoda platform with labels for suppliers.
•Support daily HK office operations, handle administrative tasks, and assist customer support with shipping queries and delivery updates.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of diamond and/or jewellery quality control experience.
•Experience managing stock or inventory of high-value products.
•Strong understanding of jewellery craftsmanship standards, stone setting types, metal types, and common QC defects.
•Logistics experience or familiarity with Brinks, FedEx, UPS, and tracking systems (preferred).
•Strong attention to detail and high levels of honesty, professionalism, and integrity.
