Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for customer post-sale, managing day-to-day operational needs and escalations, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • •Ingest customer production forecasts and translate them into actionable data for internal manufacturing and supply chain teams to prevent stockouts or overages.
  • •Track and manage open purchase orders to meet on-time delivery commitments, partnering with manufacturing and logistics to resolve delays.
  • •Partner with Engineering to resolve technical hurdles and manage formal escalations for hardware defects or shipping delays.
  • •Manage lifecycle communications (including EOL notices) and administer the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, ensuring replacements and capturing failed parts for analysis.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in a post-sales, account management, or technical project management role, preferably in Defense, Aerospace, Robotics, or Semiconductor industries.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
  • •Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and Ukrainian.
  • •Ability to analyze complex spreadsheets and production schedules to reconcile demand and supply.
  • •Demonstrated ability to translate customer business needs into factory production constraints; familiarity with the drone ecosystem is a significant plus.
