Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services within AI Finance.
  • •Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans.
  • •Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
  • •Improve product decisions using data, feedback, research, and production issues.
  • •Launch, monitor performance, and drive iterative improvements while making trade-offs across speed, UX, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or similar role.
  • •Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex financial workflows into clear journeys.
  • •Ability to collaborate with engineers and designers to ship real product outcomes.
  • •Comfort working with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and learning after launch.
  • •Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management with high ownership.
