Job Summary

Lead integrated marketing campaigns for major conferences, exhibitions, summits, and live experiences across Saudi Arabia. Own the full event marketing lifecycle—from market research and planning through launch, attendee acquisition, onsite delivery support, and post-event ROI analysis. Drive brand awareness, registrations, revenue, and exhibitor participation while partnering with the Marketing Director and coordinating with commercial, production, and government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned to business objectives, including audience segmentation, positioning, value propositions, and KPIs for brand, registrations, revenue, and ROI.
•Own the end-to-end event marketing lifecycle (discovery and planning, launch, growth, live delivery support, and post-event ROI analysis and reporting).
•Drive delegate acquisition and demand generation using performance marketing, paid search/social, LinkedIn campaigns, CRM/automation, email marketing, partnerships, and social campaigns.
•Lead brand, content, and communications activities including creative development, copywriting/storytelling, and overseeing video, photography, and multimedia production, plus social and thought leadership campaigns.
•Manage PR, media relationships, agencies, crisis communications, and coordinate stakeholder engagement with government ministries and public sector organizations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (Master’s preferred).
•10+ years in integrated marketing with 5+ years in senior leadership.
•Proven delivery of high-profile conferences, exhibitions, or large-scale events in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
•Experience launching new event brands and managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
•Expertise in digital marketing, CRM, automation, and performance marketing.
