Key Responsibilities

  • •Elicit, analyze, and manage technical requirements for a Counter UAS system.
  • •Drive system-level integration from requirements definition through integration, testing, qualification, and delivery.
  • •Define and manage technical interfaces between subsystems and the platform, including electrical, data, mechanical, thermal, EMC/EMI, and RF constraints.
  • •Identify technical risks early and develop mitigation strategies; troubleshoot complex system-level integration issues with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • •Support prototype build and laboratory/field testing and review/approve technical documentation, ensuring configuration management and traceability across the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of work experience.
  • •2+ years of experience in air defence systems.
  • •Master’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering.
  • •Experience with systems engineering and requirements tools such as Polarion or IBM DOORS.
  • •Ability to work hands-on during integration and test campaigns and coordinate across multiple suppliers and engineering teams.
