Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and scale Stripe’s performance philosophy and practices by designing and improving performance experiences that support expectations, feedback, and meaningful contributions.
  • •Evolve performance and talent tooling by translating program needs into scalable systems, processes, and user journeys with People Products and cross-functional partners.
  • •Strengthen career growth and talent investment through programs and mechanisms that support career development, talent planning, succession, and thoughtful people investment.
  • •Lead complex cross-functional workstreams by building alignment among global stakeholders, surfacing risks/dependencies early, unblocking decisions, and making progress in ambiguity.
  • •Use qualitative and quantitative data to define problem statements and refine strategy, programs, and execution to improve outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience building and scaling global People or HR experiences, spanning both process and product/system design.
  • •Experience leading complex programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership and cross-functional problem solving.
  • •Strong systems thinking across people, processes, tools, policies, and organizational decisions over time, including improving workflows with AI tools.
  • •Ability to build enduring, trusted stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across levels and functions with clear decision-making/accountability mechanisms.
  • •A disciplined, data-informed problem-solving approach starting with the “why,” using quantitative and qualitative data to refine problem statements continuously.
