Job Summary

Lead nuclear surety activities that shape Nuclear Command and Control (NC2) systems supporting strategic nuclear deterrence missions. Apply systems engineering expertise across the lifecycle, from requirements development and allocation through integration, verification, and qualification. Key Responsibilities

•Support development of nuclear surety products and technical documentation, including impact statements, Certification Requirements Plans (CRPs), Nuclear Surety Analysis Reports (NSARs), and Nuclear Surety Management Plans (NSMPs).
•Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to review work products, coordinate engineering activities, and ensure certification requirements are met.
•Lead technical proposal efforts and contribute as a subject matter expert during internal and customer reviews.
•Support estimation, tracking, and reporting of technical, cost, schedule, and risk performance for assigned scope.
•Contribute to nuclear surety work across the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements development, integration, verification, and qualification.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree with minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years, or (in absence of a degree) 9 years of relevant experience.
•Active and transferable U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance required prior to start; U.S. citizenship required to be eligible for a security clearance.
•Strategic nuclear operations mission experience, particularly within Nuclear Triad programs.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate within a professional team environment.
•Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and schedules.
