Key Responsibilities

  • •Register employees and students for required and elective training courses and ensure enrollment records are accurate.
  • •Coordinate student scheduling, class assignments, calendar updates, and schedule changes in collaboration with faculty and staff.
  • •Maintain accurate and confidential training/academic records in systems and tools including LMS, TMS, GTIMS, and related databases.
  • •Manage rosters, attendance, waitlists, cancellations, rescheduling, and communicate schedules and reminders to stakeholders.
  • •Support compliance activities including CCAF coordination, graduate field evaluations, audits, reporting, and GTIMS user support.
