Lead Planner, Data Center Construction Projects

Lead the scheduling and project controls for data center construction projects by maintaining and monitoring master plan schedules, integrating contract packages, and reviewing contractor submissions. Analyze critical paths and schedule constraints, assess extensions of time claims, and develop mitigation plans. Produce regular weekly and monthly progress reports for both management and clients, while updating schedules through contractor data verification and micro-management schedules for critical work elements.
