Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule, ensuring tasks align with project requirements and timelines.
  • •Integrate contract packages into the master plan schedule and review contractor-submitted schedules, providing recommendations to the client.
  • •Develop project control procedures to monitor progress and interact with contractors to verify project data and update schedules.
  • •Analyze the critical path and constraints to determine the impact of schedule changes, and develop mitigation plans.
  • •Assess extensions of time claims, prepare defense/justification reporting, and produce recommendation reports for contractor EOT claims.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, with substantial experience in scheduling complex construction projects (preferably data centers).
  • •Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong knowledge of critical path method scheduling.
  • •5 years of experience working as a Lead Scheduler on similar projects.
  • •Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.
  • •Experience with data center/process industry scheduling challenges such as phased construction and critical system tie-ins/commissioning.
  • •Spanish and English communication skills required.
