Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement sourcing, delivery schedule, and cost management strategies to support test equipment availability and commissioning timelines.
  • •Create strategic sourcing models to optimize value of products and services and reduce sourcing risk.
  • •Monitor MRP demand signals and execute orders aligned to critical part need dates.
  • •Identify and execute cost reduction projects, including planning with stakeholders, tracking completion, and providing updates.
  • •Conduct quantitative analysis, business process analysis, benchmarking, and market research to improve cost and supplier performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of experience, or 4+ years of experience in engineering, supply chain, purchasing, contract negotiation, material/production planning, operations management, or material cost control.
  • •Experience working in procurement and sourcing, including material planning for raw materials and equipment.
  • •Experience working with material planners to identify and resolve schedule risks related to material availability.
  • •Strong budget tracking and cost analytical skills.
  • •Ability to travel up to 20% and work long hours/weekends as needed to meet critical deadlines.
