Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive line-of-business talent strategies aligned to enterprise HR objectives and business priorities.
  • •Advise senior executives to influence strategic workforce planning, cost-of-labor targets, and operating model decisions.
  • •Lead complex cross-functional organizational transformations, including large-scale operating model changes and future-skills planning.
  • •Anticipate workforce needs using advanced analytics, external benchmarks, and emerging trends to identify skill gaps and inform talent investments.
  • •Oversee strategic workforce planning and processes, partnering with Finance and HR COEs, and guide succession planning and leadership development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required (4 additional years of related experience may substitute).

  • •Demonstrated experience leading HR strategies for multiple functions/lines of business and driving organizational transformation.
