Lead Integration & Test Engineer (Starshield)

Lead and grow a team responsible for building, testing, integrating, and launching Starshield satellite hardware. Define and improve manufacturing processes, fixtures/tools, production aids, and production controls to ensure safe, secure, reliable, on-time, and cost-effective output. Support day-to-day hardware production and integration, drive continuous improvement, evaluate non-conformances with root-cause actions, and partner across design, supply chain, mission management, and customers.
