  • •Lead a team of engineers and specialists in defining processes and designing fixtures/tools/production aids to produce satellites and satellite subassemblies.
  • •Support day-to-day execution of hardware production and vehicle integration.
  • •Ensure safe, secure, reliable, on-time, cost-effective, efficient manufacturing that produces satellites that perform properly on orbit.
  • •Challenge design requirements and optimize production to accelerate build rates and increase automation.
  • •Evaluate non-conformances, identify root causes and actionable system improvements, and drive continuous improvement in production controls.
