•Lead production support and maintenance for critical applications, ensuring reliability and timely resolution of issues
•Monitor production streams and alerts, escalating issues to appropriate teams and management
•Collaborate with product owners, business users, and other IT teams to elicit requirements and implement enhancements
•Troubleshoot production issues including job failures and apply code fixes as needed
•Contribute to continuous improvement of production support procedures and DevOps practices

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,707 - 135,000 annually

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related STEM field, plus 2 years of experience in software enhancement and production support; or 4 years of equivalent experience
•2 years leading production support and maintenance teams
•2 years working with product owners, business users, and IT teams to elicit requirements
•2 years working with third‑party product vendors and onshore/offshore support models
•2 years of experience with Oracle (PL/SQL), SQL Server, Unix shell scripting, and PERL; 2 years with Bitbucket, Bamboo, and devops best practices
