Key Responsibilities

•Keep the current AI platform running while shaping architectural decisions for its future.
•Write and update prompts and learn the prompt engineering workflow across multiple systems.
•Define and execute a strategy to consolidate prompts from six locations onto a unified platform, aligning teams across engineering, data, and operations.
•Own the technical prioritization queue for the chatbot and coordinate delivery without adding process overhead.
•Track and influence emerging technology decisions (voicebot, computer use) and manage the OpenAI relationship and Jerry presence in the ChatGPT store.

•Familiarity with SQL and ability to dive into data to validate hypotheses.
•Strong systems thinking around API design and system architecture, and translating complex concepts for different audiences.
