Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure MuleSoft IDP document actions, schemas, and AI prompts using the MuleSoft IDP console.
  • •Publish IDP document actions to Anypoint Exchange as REST APIs for consumption by Mule applications or RPA bots.
  • •Integrate extracted data payloads using DataWeave into enterprise applications such as ERP, Salesforce (CRM), or databases.
  • •Optimize workflows with human-in-the-loop review queues using confidence-score thresholds and continuously tune accuracy based on support trends.
  • •Provide Tier-3 engineering support to resolve complex runtime failures, expired OAuth tokens, and parsing errors blocking production queues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration or development tasks.
  • •3+ years of MuleSoft integration experience, including 1+ years deploying GenAI prompt engineering or IDP workloads.
  • •MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 required.
  • •Strong familiarity with MuleSoft Hyperautomation concepts (Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Hyperautomation Developer strongly preferred).
