  • •Appoint independent adjusters for investigations, solicitors for summon cases & medical specialists.
  • •Confirm coverage and assess claims based on documents/reports that support claims (medical, police report, adjuster report).
  • •Offer settlement to insured.
  • •Handle complaints from local authorities, insured & agents.
