Key Responsibilities

  • •Gain deep understanding of ITO-to-OTR business processes in a valve product company and design a solution/system technology framework that meets business and user requirements.
  • •Act as a digital technology business partner with Product Management, business process leaders, and end users to drive adoption and change.
  • •Define and own technological solution components including inference/rules engine, integrations, UI, data model, software configuration/code, and associated IT infrastructure.
  • •Produce documented application frameworks/architectures and ensure implementation standards (documentation, applications, middleware, system standards) are incorporated from project start.
  • •Coordinate consulting engagement and delivery, drive user acceptance testing, and ensure post–go-live operational support (L2/L3/System Admin) with appropriate governance and deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems/Technology, or Computer Science.
  • •Minimum 15 years of enterprise design/architecture, development, and deployment experience on Rulestream (Teamcenter and SAP a plus) production implementations.
  • •Experience integrating Rulestream applications with PLM/CAD (e.g., Creo, NX, SolidWorks) and enterprise applications such as ERP (SAP, Oracle) and CRM (Big Machines, Cleopatra).
  • •Strong understanding of ITO and OTR processes and engineering/manufacturing functions using PLM/DCM systems (e.g., Teamcenter/Rule stream Solutions).
  • •Experience with complex “brownfield” implementations including data migration and cutover; ability to work in Agile/Scrum projects and communicate in English.
