  • •Understand customer needs and design solutions using open source and Diagrid technologies.
  • •Onboard customers to Diagrid Cloud and deliver customer demos; build PoC solutions across multiple programming languages.
  • •Provide architecture guidance on a broad set of cloud-native technologies to address distributed system challenges.
  • •Gather and translate customer feedback into user stories and features for engineering and product teams.
  • •Collaborate with product leadership to scope features and influence the roadmap based on customer insights.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Developer Advocate, or similar technical customer-facing role.
  • •Experience designing and building enterprise applications and solutions.
  • •Solid understanding of computer science principles with a focus on distributed systems.
  • •Developer experience in at least one of Java, .NET or Go; plus Node and Python and open source software.
  • •Experience with Git-based version control systems; ability to shift priorities quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
