Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing operations in a high-interrupt, rapidly ramping tool install environment.
  • •Qualify new CMP/Wet/YE tool installations and maximize capabilities of existing toolsets to improve wafer movement quality.
  • •Develop and implement improved CMP/Wet and YE process methods to improve efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.
  • •Implement project/improvement plans for efficiency, cost, quality, and new product/process improvements.
  • •Perform lot and equipment dispositions, support equipment/process startup and process experiments (SWRs), and participate in data analysis and problem resolution.

Salary: USD 81,500 - 126,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •2+ years relevant semiconductor process/manufacturing experience.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
  • •Proficiency with Python, Claude, or other AI models/tools (preferred).
  • •Experience with AMAT and EBARA CMP process tools and/or bath or single wafer clean wet process toolsets (preferred).
