Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze system requirements and develop an RM&SH engineering program plan to meet RM&SH objectives.
  • •Allocate and predict failure rates (Mean Time Between Failure) and measure results against program requirements.
  • •Develop Reliability Block Diagrams (RBDs) and perform Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate failure risk.
  • •Assess fault detection/isolation metrics for availability impacts and provide RM&SH guidance to design teams and management.
  • •Supervise testing/demonstrations at supplier/plant/field locations and run closed-loop FRACAS for root cause, failure trends, and corrective actions.

Key Requirements
