Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction (Heavy Civil)

Own cost management for large-scale data center construction projects with a focus on heavy civil and site development. Work with clients on procurement strategies, cost estimating, cost plan development, proposal review, and value engineering. Support risk assessments, change order tracking, payment application reviews, cost reporting, and monthly client updates. Maintain budgets, forecasts, and commercial risk registers, assist with dispute avoidance, and help drive close-out and benchmarking efforts.
