Job Summary

Lead FP&A for the Packaged Product Finance team by overseeing budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis. Own division financial modeling across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, and incorporate economic and industry trends to support decision-making. Coordinate deep-dive regional financial analysis, build executive presentation materials, and drive process improvements and automation. Manage monthly/quarterly actual vs. forecast reporting and report key financial and operating metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the division’s financial modeling process (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
•Analyze and incorporate economic and industry trends to support forward-looking business analysis and decision-making.
•Coordinate deep-dive analysis of operating regions’ financials.
•Develop presentation materials for executive and leadership meetings.
•Create, manage, and automate actual vs. forecast, budget, and prior year reporting, plus identify trends and make recommendations.
•Perform ad hoc projects and analyses to support senior management and business leaders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•MBA or CPA is a plus.
•5+ years of relevant Finance experience with 3+ years of demonstrated FP&A experience.
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
•Solid working knowledge of Tableau with exposure to BI and business analytics environments; relevant experience in manufacturing or construction is preferred.
