Data Center Resource Coordinator

Coordinate operational resources for data center service agreements and repair work, including dispatching and assigning field technicians, scheduling personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment, and coordinating priorities with project leadership. Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns and routing requests, generate and review work orders and project paperwork, and collaborate with parts and acquisition teams. Work onsite Monday–Thursday with flexible work location on Fridays.
