Job Summary

Assess and act on livestream extreme-risk escalations by reviewing livestream content and related user activity against policies, workflows, and SLAs. Make fast, objective decisions on imminent dangers and sensitive/graphic material, tag and escalate risks to the right internal teams, and answer process and policy questions. Partner cross-functionally to improve ERO procedures and participate in 24/7 shift rotations, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide operational excellence to handle a large volume of livestream escalations and evaluate risk, threats, and user safety in time-critical situations.
•Support escalations involving sensitive materials and subject matter, including child exploitation, political and religious views, violence, and adult content.
•Execute instant decision-making while analyzing imminent danger and graphic/sensitive content, coordinating with internal partners to ensure user safety.
•Review videos, posts, comments, user profiles, and livestreaming content according to policies and workflows; investigate and resolve complex issues within SLAs and metrics.
•Add accurate metadata/tags to content, identify and escalate potential risks, and help improve ERO policies and processes across a cross-functional team.

Key Requirements

•Fluency in English (verbal and written) for handling cases requiring language skills.
•At least 1 year of experience or relevant educational background.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to adapt communication styles to different stakeholders.
•Experience reviewing or being exposed to sensitive content, including understanding removal workflow calibrations and escalation management.
•Ability to work with sensitive issues objectively, without inherent biases or personal beliefs.
