Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational excellence to handle a large volume of livestream escalations and evaluate risk, threats, and user safety in time-critical situations.
  • •Support escalations involving sensitive materials and subject matter, including child exploitation, political and religious views, violence, and adult content.
  • •Execute instant decision-making while analyzing imminent danger and graphic/sensitive content, coordinating with internal partners to ensure user safety.
  • •Review videos, posts, comments, user profiles, and livestreaming content according to policies and workflows; investigate and resolve complex issues within SLAs and metrics.
  • •Add accurate metadata/tags to content, identify and escalate potential risks, and help improve ERO policies and processes across a cross-functional team.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in English (verbal and written) for handling cases requiring language skills.
  • •At least 1 year of experience or relevant educational background.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to adapt communication styles to different stakeholders.
  • •Experience reviewing or being exposed to sensitive content, including understanding removal workflow calibrations and escalation management.
  • •Ability to work with sensitive issues objectively, without inherent biases or personal beliefs.
