Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive CRM systems initiatives across support.
  • •Partner with engineering and senior business stakeholders to identify pain points, define scalable solutions, and execute across Salesforce and adjacent platforms.
  • •Align cross-functional stakeholders (Revenue Operations, Support Delivery, Risk, Engineering, Data, Legal, Enterprise Platform) to prioritize and drive execution.
  • •Operationalize AI-native workflows by defining and building automation, orchestration, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop processes.
  • •Evaluate technical tradeoffs and govern operational execution across enterprise SaaS systems and Salesforce capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years driving high-impact technical programs in program management, technical program management, or adjacent roles.
  • •Strong understanding of CRM workflows and customer systems supporting user operations or support organizations.
  • •Experience working across CRM systems, routing engines, and adjacent systems.
  • •Proven ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery and alignment through execution and operationalization.
  • •Strong technical fluency across APIs, integrations, and Salesforce platform capabilities, with experience in SOX/SOC2-controlled environments.
