Senior Manager, Detection & Response (Security Engineering)

Lead Confluent’s Detection & Response organization within Infrastructure Security, defining strategy, roadmap, and operational execution across multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). You’ll build and scale a distributed engineering team across North America and India, advance detection engineering and incident response using Kubernetes pipelines, ETL, AI-assisted triage, and Kafka-based data streaming, and serve as an escalation/incident commander for high-severity events.
