Key Responsibilities

  • •Define delivery plans, milestones, success criteria, and execution plans aligned to user needs.
  • •Manage scope, schedule, and budget; monitor progress and initiate corrective action.
  • •Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, demos) and work with Product Managers on epics and user stories.
  • •Lead end-to-end delivery for assigned projects, including project inceptions and maintaining delivery artefacts.
  • •Manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and resolve conflicting priorities, escalating to the Programme Manager when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience delivering software projects in dynamic agile environments.
  • •Experience delivering projects across the full delivery lifecycle and using agile/scrum frameworks and ceremonies.
  • •Experience with project governance including scope, schedule, budget, RAID, and reporting.
  • •Ability to facilitate change management and use appropriate tools and techniques.
  • •Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Kanban boards.
