Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute Mastercard’s Acceptance SME, MSME and micro seller strategy, coordinating with global and market teams to support sales enablement through targeted programs.
•Monitor performance of the micro merchant program and inform its evolution for the Latin-American region.
•Track Acceptance locations growth for each market via customer reporting systems and transactional data, shaping executive-level and customer-facing narratives with strong analytic support.
•Maintain strong cross-functional working relationships to ensure alignment with global, regional, and market priorities.
•Provide ecosystem subject matter expertise, identifying product opportunities and informing product management priorities.

Key Requirements

•Deep experience and knowledge of acceptance and acquiring business.
•Experience in roles with ownership of product management and business development objectives.
•Strong analytics skills.
•Ability to work with ambiguity and manage complex projects; successfully manage multiple responsibilities and tasks.
•Comfortable working in a highly matrixed organization with stakeholders at all levels of Mastercard’s organization.
