Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish the programme structure, governance model, and delivery cadence for a complex AI-enabled initiative.
  • •Translate strategic objectives into an integrated programme roadmap and plan, defining outcomes, scope, workstreams, milestones, and decision forums.
  • •Coordinate business, product, technology, operations, risk, and other stakeholders; manage programme scope, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, resources, costs, forecasts, risks, and decisions.
  • •Coordinate pilot design, implementation, adoption, and value-measurement activities; monitor progress against outcomes and delivery gates.
  • •Prepare executive updates and governance materials; manage scope changes, maintain decision records, and coordinate implementation hand-offs and transition to sustainable ownership.
