•Participate in a 12-month training program with structured theoretical sessions conducted by internal Aon colleagues and external experts
•Engage in a rotational program to gain exposure to multiple Business Units including Health&Talent, Commercial Risk, Affinity&DCS, Geografie, One Underwriting and Aon Reinsurance
•Work alongside Team Leaders in daily activities to develop professional competencies
•Attend formal and on-the-job training, applying learned skills through a learning-by-doing approach
