Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with IT, Finance, and Accounting to understand business processes, challenges, and system needs.
  • •Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, data mapping, documentation, QA/UAT support, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
  • •Support maintenance, enhancement, and troubleshooting of financial applications such as Oracle, Workday, or Hyperion.
  • •Analyze upstream/downstream impacts across policy administration, commissions, payments, ledger, FAH, and accounting processes for end-to-end solution design.
  • •Maintain comprehensive JIRA documentation to support delivery transparency, including business context, impact, priorities, ownership, next steps, and resolution status.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Insurance, or related financial systems.
  • •Experience working with ERP/financial software systems such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, Hyperion, or similar platforms.
  • •Ability to independently analyze business problems, review system/data mappings, and provide well-reasoned recommendations before escalation.
  • •Experience with JIRA and business requirements documentation, process modeling, data mapping, QA/UAT coordination, defect management, and release readiness.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
