Dispatcher

Coordinate the ordering and delivery of building materials in day-to-day operations, managing delivery, warehouse, and facility activities. Process sales orders and credit memos, support will-call customers, and schedule/dispatch crews to maximize time efficiency while monitoring labor costs. Supervise stocking crews, conduct performance reviews and orientation, coordinate driver training, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with internal programs.
